Any schedule, all in one view
Gels, patches, sprays, capsules and supplements on their own rhythms. Open the app and see exactly what's due today.
For HRT, menopause and MCAS
GentleLibra keeps track of complicated hormone regimens, missed doses, repeat prescriptions and appointments, so you don't have to hold it all in your head.
Android to follow. Made in the UK.
Sound familiar?
“Did I put the gel on yesterday, or was that the day before?”
“Patches on Mondays and Thursdays, gel every other day, progesterone days 15 to 26…”
“The pharmacy needs a week and I've got three days left.”
“The appointment's in ten minutes and I can't remember when the flushing started.”
GentleLibra remembers, so you can get on with your day.
What it does
Every other day, twice a week, days 15 to 26 of your cycle, or only when you need it. GentleLibra understands them all, side by side.
Gels, patches, sprays, capsules and supplements on their own rhythms. Open the app and see exactly what's due today.
Take it late and shift the rhythm, or skip and keep the calendar, whichever your prescriber advised. It won't let doses quietly double up.
It counts pumps, patches and sachets as you go, and tells you when it's time to request a repeat prescription, with your pharmacy's lead time built in.
Hot flushes, brain fog, sleep, skin and hair, bleeding, food reactions and MCAS flares. Tap what's happening, add a note if you want to.
Countdowns to scans and clinic visits, notes on what the doctor said, a list of things you're waiting on, and reminders before your HRT prepayment certificate runs out.
See your doses, symptoms and cycle side by side over weeks, then print a clear one-page report for your next appointment.
Made for bad days too
Tired, foggy or flaring is exactly when you need a record most, and when fiddly apps get abandoned. So everything is designed to take as little of you as possible.
Pick from common UK HRT, antihistamines and supplements, or add your own. Every detail stays editable.
Today shows what's due, what was missed and what's running low.
Bring your patterns and a printed report to your GP, menopause clinic or specialist.
Privacy
What you log about your hormones, your cycle and your health is about as personal as it gets. GentleLibra treats it that way. Read the privacy policy.
Your log is private to your account. There are no shared spaces and no social feeds.
Progress photos are encrypted on your device before they're backed up, and never go into your camera roll.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud's London region and syncs between your devices, so a lost phone never loses months of history.
No advertising and no tracking of how you use the app. It's there to help you, and that's all.
What it isn't
GentleLibra never tells you what dose to take, and never recommends what to do about a missed one. When you add a medication you choose how missed doses are handled, from your prescriber's advice, and the app simply follows it.
The patterns it shows are counts, not conclusions. They're there to help you have a better conversation with your GP or clinic, not to replace one.
Why it exists
GentleLibra began as a personal tool for one woman juggling an every-other-day gel, twice-weekly patches, cyclical progesterone and mast cell flares. Nothing else could keep up, so we built something that could.
Every feature has been shaped by real regimens and tested on real bad days.
